I can't place seeds everywhere and things explode by themselv

 

What I expected to happen was...:
To place seeds

What actually happened was...:
I was unable to place them

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place two earthranks and edit it with the a Stone Hoe
2. The first rank will go
3.  At the second not eyerywhere is possible

 

Moreover things Explode by themselves, there was no Creeper or TNT.
