Invisible and unbreakable item frame after exploding one using tnt.

After dispensing a tnt and having an item frame break I noticed that I was not able to put anything in the place that the item frame used to be. As shown on the F3 screen, the targeted entity, when looking at that place, shows an item frame. The other screenshot presents the exact setup, which caused this bug to happen. The tnt was dispensed from the dispenser on the right side. Unfortunately I was not able to replicate this bug the second time.
