Item locked in my inventory

Ever since 1.14 came out I have been using all of the new crafting stations, and all of a sudden one of my inventory slots locks up for no reason. Like I cant pick the item up with my cursor, nothing. The only way ive been able to see to fix this is to go into a chest and shift click it into another slot and keep that cursed slot empty. Please if anyone knows how to fix this help.
