Narrator immediately skips to a new chat message when it pops up

The bug

When the narrator is set to read chat massages, it will skip to a new chat message once it pops up instead of finish with reading the previous message.

To reproduce

1. Place down a command block with a command like for example

   a b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z

1. Place down a second command block with a command like for example

   say test

1. Connect both those command blocks, so that the second command block is executed after a short while after the first one
2. Enable narrator
3. Press a button to power the first command block
4. The narrator will not finish reading the first message

Original description

the narrator does not finish his sentences when a new message arrives, he goes directly to the new message and abandons the reading of the old message. When we put the narrator on an option, it does not give us the right option we requested and thank you to adjust it as quickly as possible.
