No Monsters?!

There are no monsters in my world, even in caves. I only found cave spiders with spawners in mineshaft. I also found a pillager tower and there are no pillagers. I can`t find endermans for enderpearl and how am I supposed to go to The End dimension. Sorry for not adding pictures for evidence. I wanted but Jira could not upload it.
