Cant Tp to players that are in different worlds.

There this is a bug i been having since the snapshots. Whenever I tp to other players that are in different worlds like nether or the end from the overworld you just fall into the void. I thought this problem would get fixed by now but im still having that issue where you cant tp to other players in different worlds.
