Minecraft 1.14 has RIDICULOUS visual bugs

Minecraft 1.14 has visual glitches that make the game pretty much unplayable at times. I don't know how this happens but it's a little dumb. I run minecraft at 17 chunks and it can barley even load the one I'm in
