I am getting major frame skipping with some chunk loading issues.

I am getting alot of frame skipping with some chunk loading lag. the chunk loading I can deal with. the frame skipping is making it nearly impossible to play. I don't know if its something on my end or what. I ran it with the console and got the following warning:    [11:10:11] [Server thread/WARN]: Can't keep up! Is the server overloaded? Running 6894ms or 137 ticks behind. if its just me I want to know what I can do to fix it. the update looks cool I just can't play it
