Fire Arrows Do Not Ignite Leaves, Wood, etc.

The title should be pretty explanatory. Shooting fire arrows to blocks that can be ignited (e.g with flint and steel) will not set on fire, when logically they could. However I understand this is not quite a bug, probably just never was implemented in the game properly, anyways would be a very much appreciated addition.
