Blue lines in between blocks (after a chunk rendered?)

There seems to be an issue when looking at blocks further than one chunk. Blue lines start to fill the screen between the blocks and I cannot find a setting to disable this option so I would think this is a bug. I attached screenshots to show what I am seeing in the release of 1.14. Thanks for looking at this.
