small freeze spike with blocks being broken and being placed

When breaking a block using an axe (i've only used stone) it freezes for about half a second. i was mining dark oak and a mushroom when this happened.. ive had this with spade digging dirt too. same with pickaxe to stone.. it goes from 180 fps to 10 fps while breaking a block..

Also placing blocks it does it, freezes for a second
