1.14 Can't Switch Items!

In survival mode and creative mode I have found that I cannot scroll between items whilst crouching/sneaking/shifting. I can use hotkeys, but not scrolling. This might just be a mac thing, but I thought I would put it out there. Also, I am in the official release of 1.14, not a prerelease.
