Potion Particles dont leave until death

When playing with friends, I realized that when giving yourself a potion effect using commands. (Such as /effect [Name] minecraft:invisibility 100 1) the particle effects, (Bubbles) dont disappear until after the player has died, even after the effects of a potion are terminated.
