Item Frames on wrong surfaces or missing

I used the 'Optimize World' feature then loaded a copy of my old world in the new pre-release to test things and noticed that some item frames were on the wrong surfaces or were missing.

The second image should have a large map on the wall, but the only item frame that loaded appeared on the side of the crafting bench.
