Crossbow enchants can be placed on bow

I was in a creative world, and I was able to use an anvil to place Quickshot and MultiShot onto a normal bow, as well as putting the regular bow enchants on the crossbow, the enchants did not have their intended purpose on the wrong bow, just shooting normal arrows in all circumstances.
