Server and client crash on visiting a specific chunk

Hello! I've posted a bug report similiar to this one.
Our server crashes when we load in a certain area. North from these coordinations : 754 69 1271. The server console says ; Can't find the chunk. After that it crashes. Here is a bug report, our world and also our seed.
