Novice Villagers wont change profession if a new workstation is available, as they do in Bedrock edition

Novice Villagers will not change profession if their workstation is destroyed and a new one is placed. This leads to villages full of leatherworkers or other professions that are not wanted that cannot be changed. To give to player more control of the villages, please add this feature from Bedrock edition.
