Feeding cows using wheat no longer works

No longer can feed cows using wheat.

What I expected to happen was...:
Should be able to feed cows.

What actually happened was...:
When I right click nothing happens, when I right click and shield is equipped it wants to use shield to block.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Grow seeds to produce wheat
2. Pickup wheat
3. Find cow and put wheat in hand.  Right click to feed cow (doesn't work).
