Bad Omen and Hero of the Village can be cleared by milk

The status effects of "Bad Omen" and "Hero of the Village" can be cleared by drinking milk. I know this is how status effects work, but seeing as how these two status effects influence core mechanics, the fact that they can be cleared by drinking milk seems a little weird. It can either be overpowered (for Bad Omen, so you can enter a village and avoid triggering a raid) or make you feel like you've been cheated. (for Hero of the Village, where you won't get anymore discounts and Villagers won't throw items at you)
