Hostile mobs spawning on top of Iron, Crimson and Warped Trapdoors

In a recent snapshot, mobs were spawning on every flat surface available, including glass, leaves and top trapdoors. Most were fixed and things went back to normal. Except for trapdoors. Hostile mobs can still spawn on top trapdoors.
