New Beacons will not light.

Moved Beacon previously working in preupdated world and it will not consistently light, or start the beacon when adding iron. Does not always receive buffs. Beacon is at bedrock level, a quad beacon, made of gold. Covered in carpet, surrounded by half slabs. (Have tried without carpet with no change)
