Books disenchanted with a grindstone won't stack with books that were never enchanted.

If you disenchant an enchanted book with a grindstone, that now-unenchanted book won't stack with regular books (that were never enchanted). The "disenchanted" books can, however, stack with other "disenchanted" books.
