Exits to escape menu

Basically, whenever I enter a server in 1.13-1.14 the game brings me (after 30 seconds or so) to the screen with 'Back to Game' and 'Save and Quit to Title'. It will continue to do this every 30-15 seconds. Eventually I usually just get fed up and quit. I would love to be able to play, but unfortunately I cannot on this version.
