Rebinding Inventory Key to "Tab" does not allow you to close your inventory using the same button

What I expected to happen was...:
After rebinding inventory open/close to "tab", pressing "Tab" should open the inventory, then pressing "Tab" again should close it.

What actually happened was...:
Pressing "Tab" when the inventory screen is open does not close the inventory screen. It instead highlights the button for the crafting book.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Rebind "Inventory Open/Close" to "Tab"
2. Press Tab to open Inventory
3. Press Tab again to close inventory, but find that inventory has not closed.
