Light glitch still in Pre 3

So i was looking thought the pre 3 bug fixes and i noticed that it said "Light sources spontaneously not working in some chunks" was fixed and i was so happy, so i went to my world where i have had this problem, and i noticed it was still there, it was partially fixed but i noticed that some new Light sources was missing, and that apparently mobs was spawning where there, previously had been light glitches, but was fixed, even thought it was gone. *Pictures attatched below
