I can't tame ocelot

when I tried in the jungle tame ocelot could not, I shifted to it and I did not move. Ocelot ate 3 fish, each time showed hearts but nothing, did not change the cat or color, even managed to make two ocelots but neither was the three of them changed to a cat. I gave them cod and salmon and nothing happened
