Propulsion taking damage with a high potion effect (levitation, jump boost)

The bug, have a high potion effect (Jump boost or levitation) Example: "/ effect give @s minecraft: jump_boost 60 255" or "/ effect give @s minecraft: levitation 30 200" then take damage (poison, cactus, Pve or Pvp)
