Lighting not working properly in world

Hello there,

I have found a weird bug in latest pre-release that the lighting is very buggy and most of my chunks and areas keep being dark and not getting higher light level even in middle day. I have couple of screenshots that show this bug. Because this bug, mobs keep spawning in these dark areas even during the day.
