Minecraft Crashing for every Version except 1.14 Pre Release 2

Minecraft will freeze whenever i load up a version that inst 1.14 Pre-Release 2. I restarted and even uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it didn't fix the issue. This may be a computer side issue but I never had this issue before the release of the new version.
