Shears do not lose durability when shearing a sheep.

Although shears take durability from breaking blocks such as tall grass, they do not when shearing a sheep. However, this does not apply to snow golems. Also, when I put shears in a dispenser and activate the dispenser with an adjacent sheep, the shears do get 1 durability used up.
