Horses glitching when going up a block and damage when dismounting

 

When I'm riding a horse up one block about half the time it disappears and freezes in place unless I stop moving or back up. Then when I dismount the horse occasionally takes damage, one time even dying. It might be because I was near trees but that's still a problem.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tame and saddle a horse
2. Ride the horse up a block

3. Dismount the horse multiple times and it might take damage

4. If not try again by a tree
