Horse's autojump gets buggy as it traverses over 1 block terrain. "Fell out of the world" as a cause of the bug, for no reason.

As I move with my horse, the horse would bug out and glitch as it tries to clear 1 block height terrain. In an instance, I died with a "fell out of the world" description while riding my horse.
