bug

My minecraft won't load unless I reset my computer, my minecraft keeps on crashing when I try to go onto a server. Hypixel for example. I have not had this problem before. Or anything close to it. I am NOT using 1.13.2 I'm using 1.12.2 yet it wont allow me to say 1.12.2 for my mc version
