Bad optimalization

Dear Mojang.

I search from old snapshots 1.14 to 1.14 Pre-Release 2 bad optimalization related with places blocks and destroying him...

 

I have it big drops and I don´t understand why

It never did in version 1.13.2
 
If it is because it's still in pre-release I´m so sorry for wasting your time and ask me a quick and brief answer, big thanks in advance.
