Snow Golems Damaged by Snowfall in Mountain/Cold Biomes

Snow Golems aren't damaged by snowfall but are damaged by the snowfall in mountain biomes that occurs above a certain height, which is likely a bug, since they should not be damaged by snowfall anywhere.
