Aggressive Mobs (Zombies, Skeletons, Etc.) are not spawning, despite the amount of time has passed.

I've been playing a world for 12 Minecraft days, and since starting it, I've only come across 2 Creepers, and that's it. No Zombies, no Skeletons. Don't know how helpful a screenshot is, but there's one anyway.
