Wandering Trader Speed Bug

I was exploring in the Savanna when I found a wandering trader. I decided to check him out as I have never seen one in survival. After I was done trading the wandering trader started to run around at around 3x it's normal speed. I've never seen this in creative before and I couldn't find a bug report with this bug or any similar.
