When getting off a horse it will appear in original location (may take damage)

Inconsistent and cannot find reliable steps to reproduce. 

Get on horse in survival mode, when getting off the horse there is a chance it will first visually appear where the player got on it and then slide into where it should be. This may also be the cause of another bug, but could not reproduce. Sometimes when getting off the horse will cause the horse to take damage.

 - 2019-04-11_06.38.40 => Just pressed shift to dismount horse and horse went back to the location that you got on him
- 2019-04-11_06.38.40_2 => Immediately after the horse comes back to players location
