Item frames glitch up when far away from spawn

Item frames float around and move into walls when far away from spawn.

To reproduce,

1. Use a command block to teleport far away from spawn. My coordinates were: X: 299979 Y: 82 Z: 3000010
2. Place an item frame on a block.
3. Move/look around and watch the item frame glitch around.
