Fish spawning in ocean

What I expected to happen was...:
See fish spawn in the ocean o i can catch them with a bucket

What actually happened was...:
Ever since the update I have not seen any fish in the ocean that i can catch

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login into a server and dive into the sea and try find fish
