Villagers damage by their own fireworks

When a raid ends with a victory, villagers shoot several fireworks each, but it seems like they're damaged by their own celebrations. (sorry for the poor screenshot, I've tried my best)

What I expected to happen was...:
Villagers wouldn't be damaged by fireworks they shot...

What actually happened was...:
Villagers were hurt by the fireworks they shot, eventually killing some of them...

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get Bad Omen effect by killing a Patrol Captain or using '/effect give (playername) minecraft:bad_omen'.
2. Enter a village and trigger a raid.
3. Defeat all raid steps and earn 'Raid - Victory'. and villagers will shoot some fireworks for a celebration.

4. Watch them getting damaged.
