chunks not loading in 19w12b

my chunks are not loading in 19w12b i have tried reinstalling f3 and a but the only thing that helps is relogging into the server and i dont want to have to do that cause it gets really annoying it also says in the logs ignoring chunk since its not in the view range : "numbe" , "number" [0406/160528 INFO: GameCallbacks.cpp(198)
