Chunks stop loading after change view distance

I created a new world , then I changed render distance. Then everything began. Third person camera didn't have any collision, player can't move on ground (mobs too), but has noclip without spectator mode (only gamemode creative) . Only exit and join fix rendering (Sorry for my bad English, im from Poland )
