Slow world generation on the 3 last snapshots

I created a world in the 19w14a snapshot and the world generation is really a mess, when i press F3 I have 200 ms in the integrated server (even if i'm in singleplayer) and the chunk loading is really slow, i was able to play at least with 50fps but in this snapshots it's impossible even with all the settings in low
