Villagers disappeared on server update

Villagers disappeared after updating my server from snapshot 19w13b to 19w14a

What I expected to happen was...:

Trade with my villagers

What actually happened was...:

No villagers were spawned in the village

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Update server from 19w13b to 19w14a
2. Farm crops to trade
3. Travel to village.

4. Discover disappointment in empty town
