(19w14a) Player displays swimming animation when door is closed on them

I randomly stumbled across this when i was walking through my village and a villager closed a door on me causing my player to display the swimming animation. (It does not show this in the video but this also happens with Iron Doors.)

How to recreate:

Close a wooden door.
