(19w14a) Player marker frozen on new render of Map

In this report i have a link to a Youtube video showing off the glitch. How you recreate it is easy, you have your Original map and your New map you are about to create in your hot bar. you switch to your new map and walk out of the boundary of the original map, when you render the New map the player icon on the Original map freezes.

In the video the left hand map is the Original map and the right hand map is the New one.
