No fish or turtles in peaceful difficulty

There are no fish or turtles anywhere in the new worlds I have created in 19w14a

 

I delete my games and create new ones when you update the snapshot and with the update today there are no fish or turtles anywhere in the worlds I have created

 

Create a new single player game

    set cheats on

    set bonus chest on

    generate structures on

    default world

once loaded

    set difficulty to peaceful - /difficulty peaceful

    set keepinvetory on - /gamerule keepinventory true

find the ocean or rivers

observe no fish or turtles
