When a fox is swimming in the water and spots a chicken it still gets its high jump

The bug

When a fox who is swimming in the water spot a chicken it does its big jump to the chicken which is physically not possible. Also when the water is deep the fox dives underwater and starts drowning after a while because it doesn't try to swim.

How to reproduce

1. Locate a large open body of water
2. Summon chickens on the surface of the water (/summon chicken)
3. Summon foxes on the surface of the water around eight blocks away from the chickens (/summon fox)
   The foxes jump to the chickens, even though they are in water

Expected Behavior:
Foxes would not be able to perform long jumps whilst in water
