Missing textures

this affects all 1.13 versions. 

 

Ever since I tried out the April Fools snapshot, i have been missing some textures. they were missing in the April Fools snapshot as well. i have tried deleting the version folder and having it downloaded again but the textures are still missing.

I have attached screen shots of two creative categories in all three 1.13 versions.
